Outside of the regular classes taught at the Kokushikai, Shidokai and Victoria Judo dojos, other classes or opportunities may be available throughout the year.
A small introductory physical literacy course for tots (children ages 4 to 6 ) is occasionally held through the Shawningan Lake Community Center. Registration sessions normally run 6 weeks at a time. School boards may opt to run private classes for their students, designed to work with the school curriculum as part of their physical education mandate.
